Not everyone is ready for The Order. The Trial determines whether you are.
The Trial is an online IQ and aptitude assessment. It is the first gate every candidate must pass before their application is considered by The Order.
We do not accept everyone who wishes to join. The calibre of our membership depends on the rigour of our entry. Those whose results meet the threshold will receive their result code immediately — along with an invitation to submit a formal application.
Your results are kept strictly confidential within The Order and are never disclosed externally.
Logical reasoning and pattern recognition under timed conditions
Strategic thinking, problem solving, and judgment
Results remain private — used only for internal review
Qualified candidates are contacted personally by The Order
The Order identifies candidates whose results demonstrate the level of intellect and aptitude we require. Not everyone will qualify — that is the point.
Your result screen delivers your unique result code and an invitation to submit a formal application. Your code carries your assessment results directly to The Order — include it when you apply.
The application is reviewed by The Order's selection council. Your Trial results are assessed alongside your background and motivations. A final decision is made at the sole discretion of The Order.
Admission is not guaranteed even after The Trial. The Order reserves the right to decline any application without providing a reason. If admitted, you take The Oath and join The Order.
The assessment is the path for most. But The Order recognises that exceptional people prove themselves in different ways — and some trials are lived, not sat.
A member of Paladin rank or above may personally sponsor your candidacy. Their endorsement replaces the assessment — but make no mistake, earning the trust of someone who stakes their own standing on you is a trial of its own kind. Sponsors are limited to two candidacies per year.
Founders, executives, and individuals of known distinction may apply under Distinguished Standing. The Order may waive the assessment — but your record, your reputation, and your character remain on trial. The Order still decides. It always does.
Most people will read this page and hesitate. That hesitation already tells you something. The Trial does not wait, and The Order does not chase. If you are ready, the door is open — but it will not stay open indefinitely.
